The Imara Firm is led by Bryan Brooker, MPA, a grant development consultant with experience across higher education and community-based nonprofits. Bryan has secured over $9M in foundation grants while managing a portfolio of 100+ proposals annually across an $86M active funding base, and has written and managed federal, state, and municipal government grants, including post-award compliance for six-figure awards.

The Imara Firm's approach goes beyond writing proposals. Bryan has designed and implemented grants management systems and process documentation from the ground up, turning ad hoc operations into standardized, sustainable workflows.
